meet the specialized HVAC needs of the Operating Room minimizing the risk of the infection and maximizing the comfort

Modular Operation Theatres
Our Modular Operation Theatres ensures a constant flow of extremely clean ”bacteria free” Air is reticulated below positive pressure into the working field and air pollutants produced during surgery are removed from the site featuring:

Smart Operation Theatre Control Panel (SOTCP):
Specific SOTCP oƥers the surgical team an simple and intuitive method of monitoring and Controlling the total operation theatre environment at the touch of a finger. SOTCP is an special Application Oriented Pre-Programmed Controller with All Sensors. This module is customized with multiple Input/Output Options.
It combines the controls of an operation theatre into a single interface panel for Temperature, Humidity, Room Pressure, Ventilation to Lighting

Centralized MVAC Control System:
To facilitate the Operation & Maintenance of Hospital MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation & Air-conditioning) System we oƥer specially designed Building Management System (BMS)

This Control System Features
- Real-Time online monitoring-Complete online centralized temperature, relative humidity, diƥerential pressure monitoring and synchronize time software which can be assessed and monitored from multiple locations.
- Dynamically devise wise real time monitoring on dashboard: Adjustable dashboard displays the real time Temperature /Relative Humidity/Diƥerential Pressure status with set upper and lower limit for every devise. 2
- 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant Software: Software and hardware has been designed as per requirement of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance of US FDA policy to make system convenient for Audit.
- Smart Date Logging: Having large Memory with diƥerent IOs for redundant data recovered in case of power or communication failure in Computer/Software/Convertor.
- Alerts thru SMS/Emil: In case of deviation of defined limit of T/RH/DP alerts can be sent on pre-defined mobile nos. & Email Ids.

Laminar Air Flow
Patients undergoing invasive procedures are more susceptible to surgical site infections. Air Distribution in an operating room plays a critical role for the safety of the patient and surgery team while providing a comfortable working environment. The Air in operating theatres should be kept at a higher pressure than in corridors and adjacent areas
This positive pressure prevents the flow of air fromless sterile areas into more sterile ones.
From a purely technical stand point, systems that provide laminar flow regimes constitute the best option for an operating theatre, in terms of contamination control, as they result in the smallest percentage of particles impacting the surgical site.
The reason for this is that such systems supply a controlled, constant column of air to the surgical sire area, this is eƥective in sweeping containments from the surgical site area, where they might otherwise be deposited.
Main aim of our LAF system is to supply clear laminar air over the surgical site with minimum turbulence, providing a comfortable environment and minimizing the risk of surgical site infection.


MVAC
The Heart of the System is custom designed Air Handling Units-both Chilled Water & DX. AHUs are designed having both the Cooling & Heating Coils- for Cooling & Dehumidification. Dehumidification process is carried thru a dedicated energy eƥicient Heat Pump. Ultrasonic based Humidifier too is provided Cooling needs are achieved thru Buildings Chiller System or thru a Stand Alone VRF based Condensing Units. OT AHUs are provided with Mixing Box for the return Air & the Fresh Air Intake having Motorized Dampers. AHUs have 3 Stage Filtration- Pre, Fine & HEPA. To exhaust the stale air a dedicated exhaust arrangement is provided. Return Air Grills in SS Construction are provided with Dampers
Our Design ensures required Temperature and RH Levels and Ventilation Control for the Comfort of the surgical personnel, patients and to discourage the growth and transmission of microorganisms. Special low-temperature requirements are provided in AHUs by providing a corresponding low-temperature chilled water circuit

AHU With Economier Cycle
OT AHUs constantly supply Filtered (99.995%) Air Volume of 20-25 ACH and Active Monitoring of Pressure is provided thru Pressure Display Monitor on our Controller . Humidity and Temperature Sensors are provided in the return air duct for System Control. OT AHU is provided with VFD to allow to cater for HEPA Filter Loading
